Bua Tong Sticky Waterfall (Sticky Waterfalls)

Climb a waterfall barefoot — no slipping required

A unique limestone waterfall in Sri Lanna National Park where mineral-rich water has coated the rocks with a grippy, “sticky” surface, allowing visitors to climb up the cascades barefoot without slipping. The falls have three main tiers totalling around 100 metres.

Free entry, with parking and basic facilities on site. A popular half-day trip from Chiang Mai, often combined with elephant sanctuary visits or Chiang Dao Cave.
